Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) to us for an exchange or full refund within 14 days from the date that you took delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sealed in the original packaging.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, please complete the Return Form and email it together with your proof of purchase and photographs of the defective /damaged item to orders@turquoisestudio.co.za. Once we have received your email we will notify you of the date that we will collect your item(s). Our courier will collect any returns from you free of charge.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that delivery fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Sigma Brushes have a 1 year guarantee. Turquoise Studio will evaluate the returned item/ photographs of the defective or damaged item and if it is determined that the item is defective, we will replace it with the same or similar item.  

Depending on where you live and stock availability the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
